Bring a Pi agent to Nostr — the decentralized social protocol. Receive DMs as events, respond via signed messages, fully relayed.
Nostr is the decentralized social protocol the internet probably needed. openclawOS lets Pi have a Nostr identity — a key pair, a profile, the ability to read DMs and respond.
Setup
- Generate a Nostr key pair (the CLI does this for you).
- Pick relays to publish/listen on.
- Pi’s npub becomes its identity. Other Nostr users can DM it.
Notes
Nostr DM privacy is evolving (NIP-44 vs NIP-04). openclawOS uses NIP-44 where supported by the recipient.
Run Nostr through your own Pi.
