Setup
- Register a Bot Framework app in Azure (the only Microsoft step).
- Drop the app ID + secret into the Control UI.
- Upload the manifest to your tenant’s Teams admin center.
- Pin Pi to a team or DM it directly.

For regulated industries (finance, health, gov): self-hosting the agent layer is often the only path through procurement. openclawOS + your existing Microsoft 365 + your preferred LLM = an AI deployment that doesn’t need a new vendor security review.
